"Just had lunch. Dreadful experience. Food was awful. Husband had fish and chips, all soggy and greasy. Salad was limp and going yellow. My meal was crayfish linguine, or should have been. When it turned up it was sitting in water and tasteless. When waitress came over she took one look and said they had forgotten to do the sauce. Didn't even offer refund although she immediately took it away. We did eventually get refunded for linguine but nothing else and no apology. Will not be going back."

We have been here on quite a few occasions enjoy each visit. The staff are all very pleasant polite. The food is always excellent. Lovely in the summer sitting in the garden.Very highly recommended.

a nice out of the way pub with a beautiful open garden area. they allow dogs and were happy to give us some water for him. the lady behind the bar didn't seem very happy, but if I'm honest, I didn't really blame her. who wants to stick behind a bar on a beautiful bank holiday weekend.

When we booked for Sunday roast we were asked to pre order our food so they could make sure they had enough. When we arrived for our booking we were told that they had ran out of Yorkshire puddings! Considering we pre ordered days before on their say so, I was quite disappointed and didn't even have any reduction in price to cover the missing items. Shame as it was a lovely meal otherwise.
