exceptional gastronomic experience: the menu a tip of iodine with the accord mets-vins is perfect from end to end, originality, finesse, balance... the whole served in a fierce atmosphere by a trained and competent staff the sommelier is intarisable. To enjoy without reservation. Bravo.

Pour ma 1° expérience dans un restaurant gastronomique étoilé, c’est un sans faute! La salle est magnifique, l’accueil professionnel et le personnel au petits soins. Contrairement à certains avis concernant le sommelier et responsable de salle, j’ai apprécié son amour du vin et les histoires racontées. Ses accords mets/vins étaient justes. Concernant les plats, on retrouve toute la précision et la finesse de la cheffe. Les amuses-bouches sont un peu minimalistes, mais c’est vraiment un détail. La cheffe Nolwenn Corre est passé en salle après notre repas et nous avons pu échanger avec elle.

We are all a little lost with the number of stars attributed to a hotel whose overall service is more than a three or even a two star.....well this is a REAL 4 star and that from arrival at reception...Everything is top of the range, the atmosphere, the decor, the staff.....a big thank you to the team who upgraded us.... We had dinner at the bistro 1954....beautiful cuisine full of flavors and great finesse.... Top breakfast with a space for sweet and a la carte for savory....the choice is important and everything is qualitative. ....I highly recommend....the geographical location is magnificent too!!!

Extremely well located establishment. Personalized welcome throughout the stay. Warm, caring team who are passionate about their work. Little touches that show that each customer is special. The rooms/suites are completely up to what one would expect from an establishment of this size. The catering at the gourmet restaurant is an indescribable marvel. High quality products and absolute freshness. The Breton flavors are simple and effective. The bistro is a very good address, simpler but no less refined and you can feel the touch of Christmas in the dishes offered. The exceptional location, alone in the world and at the end of the world! The Bistrot menu is top for 35€ entry, dish and dessert and good quality dishes. Very good breakfast too. For both of the choices and a leader who adapts to his clientele. The friendly staff and room women. Room to return for 11h which leaves a little time to stroll the morning of departure. A spacious room and new sanitary facilities. The pool area that requires a real refreshment, doors of very damaged closets, a broken sauna, a counter current at the stop, not very engaging deckchairs. J’ai dormi plusieurs fois à l’hôtel les vents d’Iroise, dont 2 fois surclassé dans l’hôtel de l’HPSM, au mois de novembre, j’ai eux le plaisir de manger deux fois au bistrot. Un sans-faute vraiment, une équipe dynamique et réactive, le serveur se rappelait de notre repas de la veille et du vin que nous avions pris. Le dimanche, nous avons mangé au restaurant étoilé et la… Wouaw !! Que dire de l’excellence du début jusqu’à la fin . Le déroulement du repas était fluide, un service très professionnel, discret et attentif. Le cadre extra et le menu avec le vin un régal, une mention spéciale au sommelier qui sélectionne le vin et nous a fait une explication détaillée avec passion, une connaissanc...
