"This restaurant combines innovative, fine food with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and attentive and their enthusiastic approach adds to the experience greatly. The converted watermill in which the restaurant is situated makes for an interesting and attractive environment. We chose the five-course degustation menu and were not disappointed - a rich but cooling beetroot gazpacho with a tiny pepper tart started us off, followed by a very refreshing cucumber crown filled with squid, tomato and mint. Next was a poached egg with aubergine and delightful fennel-flavoured crisps, followed by a lamb lollipop the size of a hearty faggot with beautifully prepared vegetables. Finally a scorched peach slice, sitting on a clafoutis, with a yoghurt sorbet. Wonderful flavours and textures throughout and each a delight to the eye too. We accompanied the meal with a 1iere cru Chablis, recommended by the sommelier from the excellent wine list. The restaurant was full and you can understand why - it really is a culinary experience to remember and most definitely worth the journey to this very special town."

"Heureusement que "au fil du zinc" est ferme le mercredi car cela nous a permis de découvrir les "3 bourgeons"!!Avec une petite équipe de 3 japonais, dont 2 en cuisine 2 et la patronne en salle, on nous propose des petits menus excellents, notamment des "œufs en meurettes" revisited à la Japonaise!!!, un foie gras excellent, une lotte avec des aubergines originales etc!Et également une carte des vins variée et très abordable! Le cadre est simple , un peu minimaliste mais on se sent très bien! À découvrir donc!"
