My son and I had a wonderful 7 course French meal here. The meal was leisurely but well paced. We had a great meal and are also enjoying our mountain view room at this hotel/ resteraunt.

Tolle Location, diese Aussicht gibts nur hier - in Grindelwald! Hammerküche, mit viel Liebe und Fantasie zubereitet und serviert, eine Überraschung nach der anderen - man ist im Paradis angekommen. We booked a table for 4 and had the worlds best start for the evening until... The food took over 45 min, it looked like they didn't have enough personnel in their kitchen. The wine they served was warm and it took time to cool it off. It looked like the waited had an argument with the boss and after that he was not in the mood for taking or joking.. it killed the evening. Though the food was good so I would like to try it again someday.

Das Restaurant "La Marmite" ist ein Gourmetrestaurant im Hotel Kirchbühl (es gibt dort noch weitere Restaurants im Hause: das Panorama-Restaurant (für Gäste), das Hilty-Stibli und die Eiger-Stube - mit individuellen Speisekarten). Die Atmosphäre im "La Marmite" war sehr gediegen, ruhig, sehr beeindruckender freundlicher Service und das Essen wie auch der Wein waren 1a. Auch schön war die Aussicht auf die Berge.
