"We have been going to this restaurant pretty regularly for the past couple of years. We don't eat out very often, as we are both pretty good cooks, and quite thrifty!!!! However, we love this place, and when we do want a meal out, this is our go to place. The waitstaff and owner are very friendly, but that's not what keeps us going back...IT'S THE FOOD! I have never had a bad meal there. The burgers, especially, are amazing, and the schnitzel are delicious. Whenever we have friends in town, we take them there...never had anyone say they were disappointed. The prices are reasonable, for the quality of food too. Definitely try this place....you'll leave feeling full, and smiling!"

We stayed at Anna's for two weeks with our dog, who was welcomed as another guest in the hotel! While all the food is delicious, go on Schnitzel Night (Thursdays) to take advantage of the best.

If you wanting a burger, this place can satisfy. The burgers are pretty decent, and they come with fries. The rest of the menu is filled with German style food. The service is good. The hours are evening only.

The food was delicious (we all ordered schnitzels and croquets). There was a small play area for little kids, which kept our kids entertained. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We will definitely be back!

Lovely and clean, friendly staff and good food. We went when it was very busy and yet was served all our meals fresh without waiting too long. Didn't leave 5 empty plates due only to the generous portions not because of the quality. Visualizza piatti

We went as s family and there weren't many people. We had ok food, the kids schnitzel was the best and it was obviously portioned for a bigger kid. The prices were high and we were shorted a salad. There was an area for kids to play.

This place has always been where my family goes for birthday dinners, the first place we take family that are visiting, and our favorite. It's delicious and the staff are super friendly. We love this place so much! Highly recommended!

We have eaten here often. The family that runs the place is very nice and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. They have a small kids area (table with crayons etc..) which is nice. The food is very good. The tomato soup is wonderful! Service is great. I would recommend for sure! Visualizza piatti

Six of us ordered hamburgers. All were overcooked to the point of being dry. I was hungry and took only two bites before giving up. The owner asked why I didn't like my burger. I told her it was dry. Did she offer me another? No. Since I did not eat it, did she comp my Bill? No. Did she offer an apology? No. Will I go back? Not even a remote likelihood. And, by the way, service was sloooooow.

It has been a while since I visited here, but I have had some time to try many schnitzels at other German restaurants. This place still has them all beat. Part of the reason is the gravy. The gravy is the right consistency-not to thick and not too runny. The chef also makes each one fresh and separately from others so you are not getting a schnitzel that was cooked in used oil. I also visited with a Gluten Free traveler and pescatarian. The chef was able to do the trout or salmon GF and both dishes are delicious. BTW Thursday is schnitzel day which means 3Euro off the normal price.

"Wife was in the mood for Italian, so we decided to give Trattoria a try. We had long been intrigued by what was back up that road. What's up there is a lovely location. The restaurant sits in what folks back in TN would call a holler. It's nestled among ridgelines next to a tennis club. To take advantage of their setting, they have a nice outdoor area, which includes a small playground for children. Once inside the service was excellent. The waitress spoke very good English, and they offered English translations on the menu. I must admit however, there was practically no one in the place, so she didn't have much else to do. Regardless, she was very nice. And after our meal, a man I assume was the owner came out to greet us and thank us for coming. But despite these pluses, the food was average at best. My wife had the spaghetti Bolognese, and it reminded us both of school cafeteria spaghetti. It wasn't terrible, but nothing to write home about. I had the Tagliatelle with chicken and beef in a red wine sauce. Reminded me of something you'd get out of the grocery store freezer...you know, like a Stouffers sort of thing. Again, nothing special. The wine list was generic...literally. It just listed about 8 varietals (e.g.: chianti, pinot grigio, etc.), which they serve either by the glass, or in a 0.5 liter decanter.I would definitely agree with an earlier review we read: “There are better Italian places to eat...”"
