"Ich reiste mit Mann und Baby an und bekam ein Zimmer direkt über einer Feier. Es hat in diesem Zimmer gedröhnt. Es war unerträglich! Mein Mann sprach diesbezüglich abends mit dem Personal, aber es hatte sich weder etwas an der Lautstärke geändert noch bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Am nächsten Tag sprachen wir dies nochmal bei der Rezeption an, dort wurden wir nur abgewimmelt. Wichtig war nur, dass wir den überteuerten Preis zahlten. Dass unsere Nacht furchtbar war, war völlig egal. Auch auf meine Beschwerde-E-Mail gab es keine Reaktion. Das restliche Personal war aber freundlich und das Restaurant kann ich loben. Also empfehle ich gerne, dort zu essen, aber auf keinen Fall im Hotel zu übernachten."

For Italian people it's difficult to try a homemade foods in Germany. In this restaurant you can try really taste homemade foods but also with nice decoration and good esthetic. The service is really professional. I like really a lot this place.

The food at this restaurant is 5 start all the way. Really quite amazing. I enjoyed 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts here while on business. English in the menus is appreciated as the staff are not strong in English. Everything - bread, wine, complementary appetizer, main course and stolen - was fantastic.

Were here for 2 nights for romance and would like to come back. The room was small but very clean and cozy. The spa area including applications was wonderful, especially the private spa is highly recommended. The breakfast buffet was great and also the menus in the evening (also for vegetarians) very good. The staff was friendly at all times. Can only recommend this as a small break.
