"We had reservations for New Year's Eve and were a large party. The boss of the entire restaurant was our waitress. After we all ordered, it took ages for the food to come. Then the food came in piece-meal. One dish, spaghetti bolognese for one of the children, was completely forgotten. When we asked where it was, they said it would be just a moment. Ten minutes later they brought out some hastily thrown together and very raw pasta. We sent it back and asked to have it re-made. Meanwhile, our waitress never came to check how the food was or to refill our glasses. We were so thirsty and had to actually get up to find our server and tell them. When the spaghetti finally came, we got no apologies or explanations and were still charged for the dish. The other waiter who was around was clearly afraid of our waitress who was his boss, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. The food was okay, but over priced and the service was dreadful. Such an unfriendly restaurant owner! We definitely will not be back!"

If the hotel was full then you sat on the sun terrace which was very pleasant although it could be hot and some other dinners smoked.

We had a lovely family meal here after a full days skiing. You don't need to be a guest at the hotel and you don't need to book. Worth a visit.

We visited Christian and Sabina yet again this year and was pleased to see the results of the refurbishment works. The venue is very traditional and food and friendly service was as good as ever. Thanks you all and we look forward to seeing you all again next year.

We visited the hotel for a cheese fondue but also received salad and soup. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and the food was quite good. We would have liked a greater selection of veg to dip into the cheese. We only got bread, chips, cauliflower and broccoli.

Atmosphere is like the menu, typically Tiroller. Fine for a rainy day. We had a visit with four (2 small kids). Kinder wiener was good, Tiroler Grostl (bacon, egg, potatoes) was fine, kasespatzle was good. I'd recommend it if you didn't have the chance to go up the mountain.

This hotel is fantastic staying here with my daughter for a week rooms are so spacious plenty room to hang/store clothes. Rooms also very clean. Food is fantastic proper Austrian hearty food. 5 minute walk to gondola and chair lift. The village has plenty pubs also one joined onto hotel which has pool table and darts. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Visited for a fondue evening . Very underwhelmed.. £20 per person for a bowl of cheese and zero atmosphere was pretty poor value. We were half board in our hotel and we 're looking for a special evening out, I 'm told the meat fondue is much better, but that doesn 't get around the atmosphere, it 's a nicely decorated dining room and the salad buffet was quite good. We had to wait for a table, despite booking, until a residents table came free and we were ignored at the bar while waiting. Perhaps we were comparing this to our hotel (Hannes) where the hospitality was outstanding.

"I have been wanting to write a review for this lovely Italian restaurant but for some strange reasons I couldn 't keep up with my plan. So here I am finally posting my review of Antonio. I was first introduced to this restaurant last winter by...my colleague. It was however very unfortunate that we couldn 't find a table for ourselves and later we found out that it is extremely essential to reserve a table and only the lucky one 's would be able to walk in and find a table for themselves. So we left disappointed but I owed to return soon. Cut to March 2016. My wife and I decided to have something different for lunch and we decided to drop in at Antonio 's. And again it was the repeat of the evening from the winter of 2015. We were disappointed. A friend of ours told us the same thing Make sure you have a reservation . Finally in Aug 2016, it was my birthday and on a lovely sunny Saturday afternoon we decided to lunch outside and promptly decided to grab a bite at Antonio 's. We didn 't have a reservation but being a little superstitious, I believed that being my birthday I wouldn 't be disappointed. We headed out with this belief and to our luck, I was third time lucky and we were the first patrons at the restaurant that afternoon. It was our Eureka moment. Finally we made it without a reservation at the much sought after Antonio 's. One might wonder, why I dug in so deep in my review. Well, as an avid traveller and a foodie, I just want to highlight one point to all fellow travelers When a restaurant is always full and requires reservation, one must immediately conclude that the quality of food and service is top class. Now to the real review of the restaurant and the food served there. As the name suggests, it is an Italian restaurant. From what I have seen and been told is that the place is owned by an Italian gentlemen and hence the food served feels just like Italy. The restaurant has tables both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor seating is quite unique. The tables are neatly laid out under a nice grape garden. You could see bunches of grapes hanging over your head. It also provides some good shade during an extremely hot day and hence sitting outside can be a good choice on such days. Otherwise one can also opt to sit indoors too. The decor is done quite neatly. The menu offers some good choices of Italian cuisine starting from salad 's to pasta 's to pizzas to some lovely desserts along with other offerings. I do not want to comment on the price as something average for me can be reasonable cheap for some or expensive to others but a meal for 2 with a little dessert and drink cost be around €50. We ordered two different types of pizzas. It was served hot and in petty good time. The crust of the pizza was soft in the middle and crunchy at the edges. The tomato sauce had a nice flavour and the salamis were truly unique. It had a lovely taste and it seemed to me that these were from a farm and not from a processed meat factory. It reminded me of a pizza that I had eaten in a small village restaurant just outside Verona. My wife too enjoyed the unique flavour of the pizza she had ordered. We finally ordered a dessert which too was very delicious and loved every bite of it. The service and the courtesy of the staff were truly commendable. For once we were not kept waiting for any of our orders and requests. They were constantly ensuring that all their guests and patrons were attended to promptly. Lastly it was a great experience and I am sure to go back again With or without reservation."
