Good food, really good meat. Nice friendly service. Tried it for three times in a row. Don't understand why the minimum comment is 100 letters. I am not getting paid for that.

Stopped twice for lunch while skiing, right by the ski lift. Great food, nice place. Try the rosti and the goulash soup. The kaiserschmarren also looked great but we had already eaten too much and had no room. Will go back.

Ate here twice on our visit to Damuls, the most beautiful, serene place on earth. Great food and wine or beer, had both. Price reasonable for the wonderful quality of the good. Staff very friendly. Made us feel welcome. Will gladly recommend to all.

This is the restaurant of the hotel of the same name. It is located right next to the bottom of the main ski lift (Uga) by the main car park and ticket office of the Damüls ski resort. They extensively renovated and extended the restaurant this year so there's planty of space inside on all but the busiest of days. The menu is fairly standard Austrian mountain fare. We particularly like their Rosti with bacon and fried eggs - a warm filling lunch after a morning pounding the slopes. They also do good pizzas.The welcome is always warm and the service is good. Prices are reasonable for the location.

Having booked a self catering apartment for our stay in Damuls we decided to split eating in and eating out.We ate here on our first night as we arrived early evening.We were blown away by the food here and it was a real surprise to have a menu that offered not just traditional dishes but also a selection of asian/thai dishes.We had venison with red cabbage and a rich red sauce and the kids tried the asian food.All were delicious and really well presented and put together.As good as you would get in a Starred restaurant in uk.Meal was so good we ate here on our last night as well.Make sure you make a reservation as it's very popular.

We made reservations for three families to have a christmas dinner. When we arrived our tables were not set for a christmas dinner like the other tables. We were told we could only choose from the menu. The waiter didn't have a clue what he was doing. He did not let us taste the wine we ordered. Just poured the glasses. One of our kids ordered a pepperoni pizza which came without the pepperoni. After complaints the pepperoni came separate half an hour later. Finally an hour later a new one with pepperoni arrived. A couple of orders for drinks and desserts were forgotten. Worst of all was that the staff made us feel that it was our fault. They were really defensive. Not hospitable at all. Ver...

My family and I dined here tonight, after having a less than enjoyable experience at another local restaurant a couple of days ago.We were pleasantly surprised that the little cafe we had enjoyed coffee, hot chocolates, and strudel after skiing transformed into a lovely restaurant at night.Our friendly waiter, Tibor, spoke a little English, and helped us work out our drinks and food orders. The drinks arrived quickly and the meals not far behind. The food was superb and easily amongst the best meals we've experienced in the last few weeks of traveling around Germany/Austria.
