I think I went to heaven. Wow! A hidden gem outside of Florence and a million miles from your usual tourist destinations. Everything here is made with AMORE! Farm to fork dining full of innovative twists in the most exquisite hill top venue that deserves to be on the front cover of a magazine. An absolute treat for all the senses. Blissed out and satiated in the best possible way!

Qui è possibile avere una cena deliziosa in un contesto incredibile. La cena è pre-determinata ma piena di grandi sorprese. Abbiamo provato la selezione di vini e hanno fatto un ottimo abbinamento. In generale, il servizio era eccezionale! Abbiamo fatto una passeggiata nel giardino di Oliver tra i vari piatti. La cena è durata circa 3 ore e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Siamo rimasti 3 notti, l'alloggio è idilliaco, con ogni pasto eccezionale. Il servizio è meraviglioso con persone bellissime che ci lavorano. Si interessano al veganismo e hanno delle chiacchierate fantastiche. Sono professionali e amichevoli. Fanno davvero di questo posto una destinazione speciale. Abbiamo fatto la degustazione di vini che consigliamo assolutamente e alla fine abbiamo spedito 12 bottiglie alla nostra famiglia affinché anche loro possano godersi questa gemma di un posto. Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane a I Pini e goduto ogni giorno con una colazione ben preparata sulla terrazza e un menu di cena a 5 portate. Tutto 100% vegano e naturalmente soprattutto direttamente dal giardino I Pini. Il concetto dell'hotel e della cucina è molto vicino alla natura senza campane e tubi, ma in alta qualità. Il cibo è completato con una vasta selezione di vini I Pini. Riceverete le tipiche uve toscane dalle regioni, ma anche qualità speciali. Una raccomandazione molto calda per chi ama il cibo vegano e buoni vini con padroni di casa e servizio molto cordiali.

The agrivilla isn't just a vegan restaurant, it is a fantastic place to stay and recharge for a few nights if you can find a free room and you can afford it. We only stayed a night because it was the only available day on that week. It was fully booked and we were lucky enough to get the room after contacting them because we could not do it via the website. The dinner and breakfast, enjoyed in their terrace with a beautiful view, were very good and so was the presentation for each dish. The staff were super nice and international.
