"we took time to drag through the numerous restaurants listed here and thought we were going and see what came to us. we passed on ignacio and liked the view of the menu. the staff was friendly and very patient with our (limited). we had the flat cubes, anchovy on roasted brot, calamari and patatas band. the salmon was the real star- I don't think I ever had sashimi style so smooth. it melts like chocolate in mouth. the calamari leads it a narrow second - I expected every tent bite to meet the familiar, gumy squid texture, but not even. the squid was smooth, perfectly boiled and served in a refreshing sauce - a kind of stick base, colored black with tinted fish, with the texture of the minze sauce. absolutely delicious and disarming hearty. it would have a cold day well suited and would be well received by every piscephil. the patatas bravas came with a light, toardy style mayo and a kind of Carbonara sauce. very tasty. we have these four dishes, plus 2 beer each, for 22 €. very reasonable and well worth. nothing restores the vitality like a cold beer on a hot day."

good tapas site, with great variety and good value for money. I don't go every day, but it's a place I've been going to many times. It has a terrace and when it's a good time it's great. the salmon and the avocado cake I love and the Russian salad too.

living near los bermejales lets us eat with a lot of possibilities. ignacio vidal is one of the best in the barrio, if you travel from the far away, I wouldn't come out of town just to come here. it is very good to eat. but far better to find in the middle.

tiene la misma línea de los otros restaurantes de este grupo, buen servicio y un menú donde la cocina tradicional y de vanguardia se mezcla con precios razonables. Para mí personalmente, el menú ofrecido por este restaurante me tiene más que los otros que he visitado. Mención especial al carpaccio de camarones con patatas fritas. Me sorprende cada vez más la oferta gastronómica del barrio bermejales de Sevilla. Si hace unos meses descubrí el pecado esta vez ha sido este lugar fantástico donde además de su comida agradable y rica su personal junto con su dueño el vual tuvo la gota de saber que nos hicieron sentir en casa con varios detalles durante el almuerzo. ¡Enhorabuena! un equipo de 10 en todos los sentidos.

Es mi primera visita a Vidal. Fue de casualidad pero quedé encantada. Cenamos en el exterior y nos pusieron rápido una estufa de exterior. Atención del camarero de 10!! En todo momento atento. La tapas exquisitas. Pedimos para 4 plato de tomate con ventisca, tartar de salmón y aguacate, solomillo, ensaladilla de langostinos, carrillada y tacos de salmón. Todo riquisimo. No irse sin probar el tartar. Postres no tomamos al ser cena pero queda pendiente. Volveremos.
