Being celiac I appreciate having gluten-free options and sure I don't contaminate when I go on vacation. Even though they were up, full of people, they treated me with the utmost care, giving me choices to choose. I took a meatburger with tomato and bacon lettuce, split it in half and put it in two gluten-free breads that roasted me, it was very rich.
