the food was absolutely delicious. outside the seating was nice in the morning sun. perfect place to breakfast. the prices are not too expensive, and the staff was nice, but could have been a bit faster with drinks.

Had a lovely meal as always, decided to take my extended family this time. I am really not a fan of the service charge automatically being added to the bill. I like to decide how much I tip. The lady manager obviously works very hard, always busy, always doing something but is quite abrupt and I actually almost said let's go somewhere else tonight. However the food was a good as always.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise! Beautiful woodburner on, which was a welcome addition on a cold day. The pizza has to be one of the best in Mansfield, incredible base, sauce and cooked perfectly with the most incredible garlic dip. My husband had ribs and said they were fantastic quality and tasted beautiful. Portions were good sizes. Place was clean, quiet and cozy. Service was good. Thank you so much! We will be back! a couple of years ago it was one of my favorite places, but for a long time the vegan and vegetarian eating here is really bad quality. eating is quite expensive and dinge like vegan speck, roasted to the point is crispy and uneatable or undercooked egg should not happen. for Italian place is coffee also quite bad. during the last visit I had not much luck with friendly staff. prices are too high and do not correspond to the quality of food. updated by previous review on 2022-03-31

I always liked to eat here. but now as a vegan I don't like eating at all and only go when I'm invited by friends or family. I now have all the vegan items on the menu and the only thing I really like is the breakfast (although the last time I had that the speck was rock hard.) it is so annoying because all the other foods look delicious. it was a Saturday night and the place was a good sign that was eating came quite fast, but the waitress was hopefully new, as she really did not know what she did. the food came out, but most were cold, the portions were stingy. we went yesterday (23rd aug) for our 40th anniversary. excellent lunch and beautiful venue. this was the first time I visited mansfield and was recommended to visit il russo. the staff was very helpful as it was our first adventure after covid and we were not sure of the current requirements. when it was a nice warm summer day, we decided to sit on the terrace. it was beautifully designed with tables of all sizes. I recommend the reservation in advance, as it was also very busy for a Monday lunch time. I was disappointed that the pots of the plants were plastic, as the natural fragrance would have added to the ambiente.
