In my opinion, the best Indian restaurant in Göttingen. We like to come here. The selection of dishes is diverse and for everyone there is something. Prices are reasonable.

When I went by bus, I saw the sign of an Indian restaurant. I don't think so. the names of the dishes are Indian, only that they taste after nan. eating is not better, ckm in the mensa of local university and three times as expensive. pure disappointment.

this restaurant is located on the corner short-Geismar street and wall road in the center of göttingen. the next parking lot is the deep garage further south along the Kure-Geismar street. the restaurant is very popular with Indian Göttingen visitors, which is a recommendation in itself. there is an appropriate selection of food and drinks. the currys are tasty, but none of them is authentically sharp and tailored to the German palate. the personal is friendly and attentive.

The food is unfortunately relatively unhurried. Not only with regard to sharpness, but also with regard to the overall taste. All sauces basically tasted the same (after cream), but it was already. Furthermore, the operation speaks so badly German or English that communication outside the numbers on the menu is virtually excluded. the India house is located in the middle of the göttinger city and is easily accessible to foot. the deko works in conjunction with the lighting cozy and not too cheesy. the reservation worked without problems.The drinks ordered were there within a few minutes, and the food was not allowed to wait too long.Leider didn't taste the food at all as one would have expected it from one. there was a lack of spice - even salt. for trips of over 15 euro per dish you should be able to expect better...Good: faster serviceless good:- eat tastes undersalted and undersalted

I recently visited the India House in Göttingen and it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious the flavors of Indian cuisine were exquisite. Every dish I tried was a real treat. But what the India house really distinguishes is the warm hospitality and kindness of the staff. Staff are extremely attentive and strives to ensure that guests feel comfortable all around. That made my visit special. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine and a warm atmosphere. we visited the India house on a Saturday afternoon and ordered something from the lunch table. the prices at lunch are ok (meat about 10€, vegetarian about 8€), otherwise I feel the prices rather than too high. the restaurant is really very nice furnished, the service friendly. all really nice there. the food came relatiw flott and it tasted us both. I thought it was very well seasoned and not faded. Maybe it's a good thing here. also the brot has tasted very well, better than most others I have been with. the portion size is appropriate, I guess in the evening it is bigger.
