"We had a wonderful meal at a lovely café located in the harbor of Tarbert. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and there were five fantastic vegan options on the menu. I enjoyed a delicious sweet potato and bean chili with rice, while my partner had a Moroccan pea dish with herbed couscous. We also shared some tasty garlic sautéed mushrooms and bread as an appetizer. The portions were generous and the food was incredibly delicious. They even offered two different plant-based milk options for coffee. Although we didn't inquire about the cake, we highly recommend this restaurant for vegans and non-vegans alike."

"Pan seared scallops with rocket curry oil. Vegetable spring Rolls sweet chilli dip. Roast Lamb on garlic mash cabbage. Spicy Malaysian seafood curry. Pineapple blonde ice cream. Lemon meringue cheesecake Fantastic. My wife loved the Lamb. The seafood curry was that nice I picked the bowl up and slurped the last of the juice... Perfect for my Wife's 60th Birthday. Service: Dine in"

"Food was reasonably priced and very tasty. Great choice of dishes on the.menu. Dog friendly Milkshakes are worth it, even at £4.50 ! Staff were ok but it didn 't feel genuine when they asked you if everything was ok for you Got the impression they couldn 't have cared less"

"Maybe today was just the wrong day, but we had high expectations due to reviews. It turned out to be the greatest disappointment we ever had in eating in Scotland for almost 10 years Reception not unwilling, but no real time for customers due to lack of staff and tight schedule of reservations. Service hectic, unprofessional, no willingness to talk to us (foreign tourists not welcome? Noticed this also at other tourist tables... . Locals were told the whole board of specials, we had to go to the board. The restaurant absolutely crowded, damned hot and without any fresh air. Wine overpriced, quality of dishes less than average, not the level one would expect in regard to prices. Starters: Cullen Skink average and lukewarm, scallops also lukewarm and seemed to be not really fresh, not cooked to the point, pancetta not crispy but soggy. Mains should have been a half lobster. Well, served without appropriate cutlery, lukewarm and tough. In addition, masses of garlic chilli paste killed the flavour completely. This was the point where we left, Without having eaten mains we were just fed up!"

"Had a carry out last night and dont think we will be rushing back!!!!!!!!! We are normally pleased with our food but last night was horrendous, The food was to ready for a pick up at 7pm,(I think our food had been ready way before 7pm) when we got the food home, the naan bread was stone cold and the food was luke warm, thank the lord for plates being heated up in the oven. The guy front of house was weariing a pair of jeans and a dirty tee shirt as was the guy who came out the kitchen. There was too much sauce compareed to the amount of meat, and te sauces were pretty tasteless. I'm thinking here must be new people n here and its not for te better, so very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!!"
