With our 7 month baby for lunch. The staff kindly offered us a high chair for them. Vegan food clearly shown on separate board. I chose vegan chili on jacket potato while my husband went for spaghetti Bolognese. Both very tasty and filling. Updated by previous review on 2021-07-15

I visited this restaurant with my 7-month-old baby and was pleasantly surprised by the staff's kindness in providing us with a high chair. They also had a separate board clearly displaying their vegan food options. I opted for the vegan chili on a jacket potato, while my partner chose the spaghetti bolognese. Nice cafe at the port of Tarbert. Friendly knowledgeable staff and FIVE decisions on the excellent vegan menu. I had a delicious sweet potato and beans chili with rice, and my husband had a Moroccan chickpea stew with herbal cous. We also shared some garlic mushrooms and bread as an appetizer. The portions were very generous and the food was very delicious. There were also two different vegetable milk for coffee. We did not ask about the cakes, so can not confirm whether one of them were suitable for vegans, highly recommended if you are in the area.
