"The location and ambience is great. Located in the heart of the revived Flon district there is a buzz and life in the square full of new funky food places. Unfortunately the positives stop there. The food at BEST is average. The service it depends on how busy they are or the mood of the person serving you. They are normally understaffed. And while their high tech tablets of taking orders works for them, their over reliance on technology means that unless its formally entered into their ordering system, they will forget about your dish (case in point: we asked for a side of hummus in the middle of the meal and it never arrived likely because the server took the order with a nod, rather than penning it into his tablet. At the end of the meal, politely pointed out that the hummus was not delivered. Their response: it was not added to the bill. No explanation. No apologies. This place is fine for the vibe, for a sit down drink. But if you want service with a smile, go elsewhere. there is no reason to pay for sit down service when there is none..."

Nice atmosphere and decoration but it was too cold in the restaurant. I had suffered from heavy stomachache the following night and the day after, it seems like that I’m not the only one

the food was in order, not in any way excellent. the ezeme was beautiful, but the wulgur was not good. the broth piece was left out of a bottom at the bottom of the plate, but that was simply unnecessary because there was no soaking or other liquid for it, so sucking and it tasted like karton. a bit too expensive, so I would rather go to a simple kebab place than pay extra for the ambiente.
