"Fabulous dining experience! Update: Friday evening, May 9, 2014 - once again, it was excellent. The place was bustling, which is a good sign, but it was quite smoky due to diners ordering the "sizzling steak" served on a hot steel plate. The salt and pepper ribs were delicious, but the house special chow mein was a bit underwhelming. The atmosphere was lively, but parking was a hassle since everyone seemed to have driven there. Friends had to make reservations in advance, and they only managed to get an early table at 3:30 PM. This speaks volumes about its popularity! One member of our group was in a wheelchair, and there was a wooden ramp available, with plenty of people offering assistance. The seating was accommodating, with tables arranged thoughtfully. The service was straightforward yet attentive, and the quality of the food was impressive. We spent around £100 for four people, but it was worth it for the hospitality, delicious food, and overall service."

First time at Jade Gardens but certainly will not be the last! Best Chinese restaurant. Spotlessly clean, beautiful fresh food and staff were so pleasant. I just happened to mention it was my husband 's birthday which they acknowledged with an ice cream, candle and happy birthday . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had never been before and to be honest was really dissapointed it was not what i was expecting, it was like you where walking into someone's living room, there was nothing in there whole place that was remotely chinese, it just looks like they have set up some tables in their front room, no atmosphere at all, the food was okay nothing special, like something you would get in your local Chinese chippy but more expensive, also when bringing the food out they didnt seem to know what the dishes where and got the dishes mixed up when giving then out which meant someone started to eat someone else's meal, that said the staff where friendly and welcoming, just not for me sorry
