I often come here with a friend of mine and the staff know us and ask about how we are doing. I love the variety of meats and oh boy the quantities!

I was very disappointed with the food, service, and the owner's behavior at this restaurant. When I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the food, the owner responded rudely and told us not to return. I informed him that I had already made that decision before he began being rude to us.

I went to this restaurant whit my blind friend and they did not let as in because saying that dogs were not allowed,when we explainted them that was her guide dog because my frind was blind ,they looked at the dog very with scorn and told as in an arrogant tone that they were we allergic to dogs. We been goin to this restaurant for long time, but look like the managment change and they do not respect the law.

Surprised that a Brazilian rodizio didn’t have wine... Meat was ok, the chicken was really good. We went for the full rodízio which surprisingly did not included the pineapple. The salads were nothing special. Nothing to write home about and had an upset stomach the next day. Can’t say that it was from the food but a bit of a coincidence. Disappointed as it is local and would be a great place for the occasional dinner out.

Have been here few hrs ago and it was delicious . This time round complete opposite , food was off , complained to the owner ,falling on deaf ears , there was 7 of us . Only thing worth eating was the buffet salad. When we came to pay we were given a measly 10% discount , this was the surcharge . Very disappointed considering we told the owner from.the beginning that there was something wrong with the food , it smelt off so we wasn't risk eating it . Will not come again nor recommend to anyone . Eat at your peril. Would give it zero rating if I could

Two of us went and the service was extremely disappointing with both food and service. The food was basically the same meat but in different flavours which tasted the same. The person in charge of the restaurant that day was not giving privacy as he was sitting right behind us. When we didnt finish some of the meat he went on to inform how expensive it is and therefore indirectly telling us to not waste food and therefore we felt pressured. Also they failed to make it clear the pineapple was charged extra as they brought it to the table as if it was part of the buffet deal. Definitely wasted money and would have rather gone to nando's next door!!!

Saw the chef bring out skewers of already cooked meat from the kitchen, it was then i realised that the quality would be questionable. By putting it on the bbq again to cook meant the meat was burnt. Whilst you can remove the top layer for larger chunks of meat, the small lamb cubes and all of the chicken cuts were very burnt. With the 12 meat option there are only three cuts of beef but in different flavours... Tasted the same to me. The lamb cubes and ribs were burnt. The ribs were not edible and just bits of fat with no meat. Chicken obviously over cooked due to reheating. Meat was only provided in small wafer thin slices. Lots of items promised on buffet missing. Go and spend your twenty...

The owner acknowledged the delays and admitted to feeding some of the promised meats to other customers, leaving us with only frozen options. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the service and were offered a £15 discount on our £127 bill after some argument. We were already planning to never return when the owner made a comment about our private conversation regarding better restaurants, implying that we were not welcome back. I have never had to speak to a restaurant owner about their rude behavior in my 52 years on this planet. While 50% of the food was acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing. So finally paid a visit to this eatery when the birthday boy in our party of five decided he wants to eat here. The welcome was fine, the party got seated and explained how it all works, no issues there. The options of full (with allegedly twelve cuts of meat and chicken) or half (choice of five, three chicken and two meat) on the menu, four of us opted for the half and birthday boy indulged with the full. The self service salad bar was the starting point. Lots of options which can fill you up if you don't pace yourself. Best was the lasagne. Worst was the coleslaw which had chicken strips.
