"I called in advance to place an order to pick up. We agreed a yime fir me to pick up my order. When i got there, the lights were on but the door locked. I called 13 times and the phone either went to voicemail or was engaged. It was 9pm and the restaurant was supposed to be opened. I can honestly say this was the worse restaurant experience ever. Shocking!"

Terrible experience. They cancelled our order without any explanation. We read similar issues on google review and didn't believe it. Now we do.

The restaurant frequently forgets items from orders and lacks concern when items are missing. They should remove unavailable items from their app to avoid further issues.

Ordered take out for the first time from Jerk Jollof the other day and it was outstanding. The peppered steak was perfect, as was the Jollof. The jerk chicken and rice and peas were excellent too.

Ordered from here on Uber Eats. Portion sizes were ridiculously tiny. I don't think I've ever ordered from somewhere before where the amount of food given is so small. Considering I paid £22 overall, this is disappointing.

I used to enjoy this restaurant, but the quality of their orders has been declining. I recently received my meal missing an item that was supposed to come with plantains. Additionally, a drink I ordered was also missing. I am disappointed and felt the need to share this feedback.

I went to this restaurant today to buy food and it was cold and not good at all. The jerk chicken and rice seemed like they were leftovers from the night before. It took 10 minutes for them to bring me my food. I would recommend avoiding this place if you can, as the quality is poor.
