"Experienced the impossible, had ordered several times and it was always good. This time I ordered online again, the order came, one of two pizzas was missing an ingredient. We called straight away and were told that it wasn't available at the moment. It wasn't understandable why we didn't want the pizza anymore and he wanted to force us to get the voucher. After insisting that we wanted the money back, the driver came and we had to give him the pizza back. We tried several times on the phone to make it clear that it couldn't be the case that you weren't informed about it before delivery (we would have chosen someone else) and that Dominos simply didn't understand it. That was the last time.... Unfortunately I had to give one star..."

I would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible. I waited 1.5 hours for my food. Nothing has arrived. So I can't rate the food. I'll never order anything there again.

I haven 't seen such a brazen shop for a long time. Ordered via Lieferando at 6 p.m., delivery time approx. 60 minutes. Called at 8 p.m. Delivery is on the way. Should be there in 10 minutes. "Wir sind mit 5 Personen unter der Woche zum Abendessen hier gewesen. Einen Tisch hatten wir nicht reserviert, glücklicherweise fanden wir doch noch einen Platz. Das Restaurant war erstaunlich voll, aber man konnte sich gut unterhalten. Die Einrichtung ist typisch Grieche, nichts besonderes, aber gemütlich. Parken könnte auf der Ecke ein bisschen schwierig werden, aber in den Seitenstraßen findet man immer irgendwo was. Draußen sind auch ein paar Tische aufgebaut, aber das war uns ein wenig zu frisch. Der Service ist hektisch und effizient. Man merkt schon, dass versucht wird, die Gäste möglichst schnell „abzufüttern“, damit der Tisch eventuell ein weiteres Mal besetzt werden kann. Wir bekamen z.B. die Vorspeisen serviert, bevor unsere Getränke da waren. Die Küche ist unheimlich fix, es gibt fast keine Wartezeit. Frei nach dem Motto „Zeit ist Geld“. Die Speisekarte bietet die übliche, reichliche Auswahl an griechischen Gerichten, die man auch so erwartet. Wir bestellten alkoholfreies Weizenbier, Alsterwasser, Bier (Dithmarscher) 0,5 l für 3,50 € und Spezi 0,2 l für 1,70 €, 0,4 l für 3 € zu trinken sowie zu essen vorweg Tsatsiki für 3,20 €, dicke Bohnen in Tomatensauce für 6 € und gegrillten Fetakäse für 6,50 €, gefolgt von Gyros in Gorgonzolasauce für 11,50 €, Lammfilet in Metaxasauce für 16,50 € und Schweinemedaillons in Gorgonzolasauce für 13,50 €. Die Portionen waren reichlich, an der Qualität gab es auch nichts zu meckern und mit Ouzo aufs Haus wurde nicht gegeizt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Ansicht nach in Ordnung. Lediglich die Dame im Service war zwar super auf zack, verbreitete aber nicht gerade eine ruhige und gemütliche Atmosphäre durch Ihre kurz angebundene Art. Aber bei all dem Stress auch irgendwo verständlich. Hier würde ich trotzdem gerne wieder essen gehen."

"Great little Italian restaurant. The service is really good, the waiter super friendly, the food fantastic and the prices really moderate. The only manko was the white tablecloth above the traditional red and white carved tablecloth, which destroyed a little the typical Italian ambience. But that's just my opinion, the test at least was great and we like to return."

"We were there with 6 people. I ordered an Argentinian steak which only came about 10 minutes later than the food of the other 5 people. In short, when my companions had almost finished eating, I got the steak, which was covered in a mountain of mushy onions. The menu said that this meal would be served with onions, but that's not how it works. To make matters worse, the meat was cut diagonally, meaning the thin side of the steak was more than cooked through and the thick side of the steak was almost raw. To top it all off, the beer I ordered only came when I asked and not with the meal. So this restaurant definitely won't see me again"

"Unsere Familie wollte den 9. Geburtstag unsere Tochter im Glas Haus feiern , wir gehen zu jedem Geburtstag dorthin schon eine kleine Tradition für uns) . Und es wurde auch immer ein Geburtstagslied gespielt und dazu ein gratis Nachtisch für das Geburtstagskind serviert , heute leider nicht , obwohl ich es bei der Reservierung angegeben hatte. Gut kann man nicht verlangen und ist eine freiwillige Leistung , aber unsere Tochter freut sich so sehr auf diesen Moment im Jahr , dass Sie heute bitterlich enttäuscht wurde. Geht mir gar nicht um die paar Euro , die der Nachtisch gekostet hätte , wir sind eine sechsköpfige Familie , da fällt nun ein Nachtisch gar nicht ins Gewicht . Es geht mir um den Service und der hat doch nachgelassen. Und wir hatten auch das Gefühl , dass manche Portionen kleiner geworden sind . Also wir werden uns ein anders Lokal suchen, weil Geld kann ich auch ohne Kindertränen ausgeben."
