Lovely warm comfortable rooms. Plenty of coffee tea milk hot chocolate and biscuits. Pub restaurant does really good meals and the freshly cooked breakfast is superb. And best of all really good pricing for rooms and food. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

We enjoyed our first Sunday roast here today, and it was fantastic! I had the delicious minted lamb pie with mash, while my partner opted for the bacon and lamb liver accompanied by mash and a platter of seasonal vegetables and parsnips. The food was superb and made with all local ingredients. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome.
