Amazing desserts, really generous portions and all for a reasonable price! Cannot recommend the peanut butter M&M’s waffle enough!

Wouldn’t give didcot Kaspas one star but no lower option available one scoop of ice cream is more like half , toilets disgusting coffee very poor , if you want a nice ice coffee walk up the road and go to Boswell cafe . Table was dirty under the table must have been last night food .

Poor hygiene standards. The cutlery had stains on them, and felt sticky. We asked the waitress who bought new cutlery, which also felt sticky. I have a suspicion, they don’t actually wash the cutlery. For the money you pay, in a covid climate, you would think health and safety would be a priority. Don’t go. Visualizza piatti

Terrible Customer Service Called in.. one other table occupied.. Waited to be served, no waiter arrived. Went to order at the counter, but had to wait for the UBER Eats driver to get his order to ensure the people at home got their deserts quickly It was such a long wait, I thought they were milking the cow... This place has gone down hill..

One star was only because my granddaughter had her dessert first but then I had to wait nearly 30 mins for a coffee. Had to go to the counter twice to chase my order. Overpriced and place has no atmosphere. I'm going to avoid in the future. I don't usually give negative feedback without trying to offer advice to improve but not sure what would help, though could start with attentive staff.

Went to Kaspas yesterday with the grandchildren. Appreciate it is half term and expected it to be busy. Was warned when we ordered and paid it would take 30 minutes but we waited for over an hour and 20 minutes for all the waffles and sundaes which were served at intervals over 30 minutes apart. The smoothies took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. There were 5 staff and it was chaos with no organisation at all. Will never go back Visualizza piatti

We were seated by a lovely lady, and all was good, great start, but therein ends the positive part of our visit. We ordered our deserts, and then after 3 full orbital rotations of the sun, they eventually brought 2 of the 6 deserts ordered.... no apology for the delay, nothing. After Halley's Comet came around, they eventually brought the remaining 4 deserts, one of which had melted..... again zero interest in any apology or care. The deserts, which weren't melted, are of an ok standard, but it's not cheap, and the service is abysmal. My advice is not to bother, we won't be back.

Visited today with two children and two adults. Not great! After being seated, we waited for ages for the waiter to give us menus and then ordered at the counter. It then took thirty minutes for the first latte to be served at our table, the next one followed five minutes later, and five minutes after that the two sundaes arrived. Staff were disorganised, and there was no system to their working. There seemed to be enough staff for the number of customers but they did not seem to have had any training. This was not cheap for such poor service and average desserts. Complete failure by management in my opinion. I won't be back any time soon.

my wife Placed an order for a very bery Cherry sundae and a tripple chocolate fudge cake at 9pm on Tuesday 3rd October2023 through justeat. this was never delivered, instead it was cancelled and we did not know about it until just before 10pm on the 4th October 2023. I find this extremely disappointing, not to mention unprofessional it should not take a full hour to deliver chilled and frozen products to customers only 1.5 miles from the kaspas didcot icecream parlour. neither should it take an hour to let the customer know their order was Not fulfilled. Kaspas forgot rules 1 and 2 in retail, give the customer what they asked for or if they are unable to fulfill an order notify the customer... Visualizza piatti
