Great food here, went for the “All you can eat” option. Unlike buffet restaurants, the food was high quality and fresh. Lovely, friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere. This place used to be amazing! I was never cheap but definitely worth it. The last 2 times we ordered Takaway the food has been a massive disappointment .The recipes of the dishes changed completely. Just popped in for a cheeky chicken chow mein and the lady I saw must be either the owner or the manager and she was lovely, we had a great conversation. Then I've just eaten the food and it was incredible, it was also ready very quickly the food was ready before we finished chatting! It was just what I wanted! This place used to be amazing ,polite service great food and reasonable but have to say it’s very expensive and the customer service was not great my son was not eating as he would not eat the food but the waitress insisted on telling us if he eats anything we shall be charged and she stood glaring afar to see if he ate anything. for the money paid the food we got was far from what we paid the portion sizes were tiny,and the duck looked like it had been starved .Would not be returning unfortunately. Just wanted to say yet again another fantastic meal out at Kei’s Service excellent, staff friendly and atmosphere perfect. Food was fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend, has to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in Berkshire! Well it’s been there for 20+ years so they must be doing something right!! Went in 2002 first time and continuing to go ever since! The staff were helpful and friendly, making me feel well taken care of. The restaurant itself was comfortable and quiet, likely because I visited in the middle of the week; I'm curious how it might be on weekends. A nice bonus is the free parking available. Overall, I had a great experience and look forward to coming back. Always reliable. I have lost the count how many times we have dined at Kei's or ordered take away... Great ambience, delicious food, a range of food to choose from. I never get bored even if sometimes I end up ordering the same food... Can't help it it's my favourite. Good quantity too, definitely value for money. Will visit Kei's soon Vegetarian options: A range of vegetarian options. I'm a vegetarian and love the way food is cooked at Kei's.
