"I ordered a delivery. My order was 2 hunters carvings with Pommes, Cola, pizza rolls, Mozzarella Caprese Salat. The Cola was not delivered. The Mozzarella Caprese Salat was a cut-out tomato with half a mozzarella on a mini iceberg salad bed with olives, the portion was a freche for 10.50. I can make the 20 shelves of money at home. The carving has cost and the part was okay, except the cans mushrooms. The other salad was also pure iceberg salad with 3 pieces of tomatoes, 2 pieces of cucumbers and olives. Nowhere were called olives in order. And it was unfortunately a long bright hair in the sauce. The worst were the 6 pizza rolls. And 3 cm tall. The delivery service was polite and nice. Unfortunately, I didn't hand out the Cola. For 45 € it was generally really disappointing."

"We were at lunch with an 8th bike group in the beer garden. Eating very well, the selection varied and what is also important, everything came at the same time. Super-weather and humorous dealing with the guests. Is a little hidden but the search is rewarded!! I wanted there to be something similar here with us in Waiblingen, unfortunately, we are relying on mass production and lack of ideas."

"This is one of my favorite little towns in Germany, Maybe because my mother was born in a nearby town.I have family & friends in this town and nearby.When I visited on my other trips I have stayed at Hotel Post.Unfortunately when I tried to book it again, I discovered that Hotel Post was closed.Thank goodness for the Tourist Information office in Amorbach. A very helpful man, Patrik contacted me after I emailed the office and recommended Schmelzfanne Guesthaus. They have a website for the restaurant but there was no way to contact them for the lodging.Thanks to Patrik we were booked a very nice size & modern room.After we arrived we decided to have dinner here also and what a wonderful meal. The character and ambiance of this quaint & rustic Inn are just wonderful. They also provided a nice little breakfast of meats, cheese, bread, eggs ,coffee & juice in the morning in the restaurant.This is such a charming town and Guesthaus. I hope that I will be able to visit here again. I never tire of strolling the small streets, shops and visiting the two impressive churches located here.There is also a small chapel named Amorsbrunn that is a short but very enjoyable walk from townLoved my visit here !"

"unfortunately they confirm the rule when I read the other reviews that are impressing that we are talking about various locals. the first few paintings we were very satisfied with the excellent price-performance ratio, delicious cuisine. but by now the chef has changed? for we recently saw that we were served two carvings that looked normal on one side, only that on the one hand a bright black border was visible, whereupon we turned the carvings presented by the side, partly without a panade, partly with a very carburized panel. the motivated us to also examine the other carving that unfortunately did nothing to his colleagues, although the front looked perfect. when we let the whole go back, the service was apologised in the name of the cook, and we were served two normally baked carvings. so we thought once is not a time, but twice is too much: because if we spit another time there to give something 2nd chance, my better half was served a completely picked Burgundy sauce. it was also that the service hit us the menus in the truest sense of the word on the table, the main passages with the same elan on the table, while we ate the salate, and louder so a scream. long talk, short senses: I will forgive myself two stars by now, because the salads were really always very good. the concrete is at the rande of being, because after the rental of a series of 2nd chance we don't leave any money there. pity, because there is a lot of potential in this load."

"I haven't eaten so well in a long time! I actually had a reservation for 1 p.m. on a Saturday, but due to the weather I didn't arrive until a quarter to 2 (I had called beforehand . The restaurant is very remote (idyllic, of course , but there are a lot of signs (good marketing! pointing the way there. For just under €155 for two, we had the following: 1x starter tartare from Dorade Royal, mango, avocado cream... 2x main course Muscovy duck with orange sauce saddle of milk veal with morel cream ... 2x dessert strawberry variation (sorbet, tartlet, ... 2 glasses of exclusively bottled red wine (I think it was Pinot Noir , still water, non alcoholic sparkling wine with grenadine. Everything was sensational both in terms of appearance and taste. I also think the price is justified. The whole thing in a nice rustic, cozy atmosphere. You can literally feel the history in the rooms. After the amusement I already knew that I was at the right address : To top it all off, the boss himself came to inquire what was going on. Otherwise, service was flawless and appropriate for the level. I highly recommend it for all the foodies out there! Overnight stays, arrangements, celebrations, etc. are also possible.
