"We were on a bus tour of Germany and staying at a nearby hotel. This restaurant was recommended by the hotel. It was an excellent choice. It had an excellent, old Bavarian atmosphere. The menu had lots of old standbys. It was all very well...prepared. Wine choice was also ample. The restaurant had a fair number of customers but wasn't crowed. Only short coming was that there weren't enough waitstaff the night we were there. Still, we didn't have any long wait. Our waitress was very welcoming and attentive. With drinks, the meal cost about Euros for two people"

Close to Gasteig and open late, it is perfect for a Bavarian meal or drinks after a concert. Friendly, good service, and can be crowded. Making a reservation before the concert for after the concert is a good idea. Tasty food

excellent all round really friendly staff Bavarian dress really great beer and beautiful menu excellent value for money so much excellent quality eat nothing is too much annoying it 8 of us all different languages they divided the bill for us and we all had our own recipes 10/10 excellent well recommended also really close to the gasthof when they have a great hearty meal at a very reasonable price
