Nice menu choices at reasonable prices. High end wine by the glass, Pizzas surprisingly good. Service friendly and helpful. Worth a stop on your way up the wine route.

Try the magret, it is very tasty and well cooked. Pizzas are also all right. Chocolate moelleux with fudge was outstanding and sorbets very good. Location is convenient

We expected some very simple café. We found a clean place offering a reasonable choice of food and drinks (wine is available, of course). Open late, we found a warm welcome at 8pm and we were not the last guests.

not sure what happened to other reviewers, but we found our service too excellent. one of the best burgers I had. everything was fresh and well done. as owner of a restaurant I can be a bit critical when. food is made. no shortcuts here, everything is really fresh and delicious. try it

Definitely worth a visit. Friendly service in English. Nice size menu with specials. Food was delicious. Free parking. Clean and modern interior. Prices very reasonable. Pizza especially tasty. A friendly welcome on arrival and the guy was ok with our small well behaved dog. Plat du jour was 9 euros working up to 14 for three courses. A la carte was a little more expensive but nothing that broke the piggy bank. The duck...burgers were delicious with 100% duck breast. As for the tiramisu that was 'better than delicious ' in the words of my husband! Clean establishment with ample parking.

To be honest, we thought we would run in basil at fawlty towers! (Only the English and antipodeans will get the haha. they look the duck was good, though a little expensive (provided what we had previously paid in other restaurants. see l’ecluse 52. in castets en therehe on the garonne canal....absolute **** ****. I think I'm in a Michelin star restaurant! ... but still back to margaux. nothing was open! Maybe it was Monday? in high season. hallo? dunno. Anyway, we had exhausted all the other possible restaurants that were all closed (in a very reasonable hour of 7:30 I could add . if they have starved and nothing else is open, they come here.

nine of us ate here yesterday five adults and four children. we arrived at 11:45 clock and sat on the front terrace. the owner came out and asked us if we had reservations. when we told him that we didn't do it, he wasn't... sure if he would let us stay, although the restaurant was empty, bar two other mozens! at the end we stayed, and when our food was brought out, he was brightened up and even made a few sweats. the steak thing was okay, but the pizzas were fantastic! my mother-in-law had the four cheese pizza and it was fabulous! my four-year-old son ate his entire margarita pizza! if they are looking for an accident and especially when they travel with children, this is a good choice as...
