"I just returned from a business trip and during it I stayed at that hotel. The hotel is great but the location is not it requires you to have a car or getting expensive taxis or traveling 1+ hours with city transport (changing multiple). I would say this is great place for holiday with a rented car but questionable one for a business trip it is still good but you really have to rent a car and not going for a drink with colleagues. That said I would like to sum up the pros and cons. Pro: Breakfast is nice, nothing fancy but enough Very clean Rooms are great more than enough space, very nice and modern interior Hosts are very nice and helpful people Has SPA and Swimming pool Views from hotel's garden are nice Quite place Some free bevarages water, nuts, fruits, coffee Have nice internet connectivity and even an iPad in the roomwith an app giving you information for services, wifi creds and anything you need (dedicated app) Cons: Location uber/bolt/free now are very unlikely to pick you up due to not having cars in the region, city transport is ok but have to change 1 2 types in most cases but the bus stop is close. Only way is to get a cab which is quite expensive or have a car. No restaurant at the hotel there is breakfast but nothing else and there is only one restaurant nearby (approx. 500m). The next closest one is around 2.4km. The good thing is that the nearby restaurant is great, I definitely recommend it! In some rooms there is questionable phone network coverage (next to 0) but there is coverage at the parking and in the garden."

Very good hotel, well placed (bus to two steps, which takes to Cagnes-sur-mer train station in 10 minutes) The view from the terrace is beautiful. Breakfast was hearty and complete. The owner was always available and made us enjoy excellent recommendations.

What an amazing little find! Such a beautiful boutique hotel and gorgeous couple running it, Antoine and Llham, who couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities are amazing; a real home from home environment which is rare when staying away. It’s a place of beautiful tranquility right in the heart of where you want to be. Really recommended!!! SUPER location (Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Saint-Paul de Vence), everything can be easily reached by Uber/car), extremely loving and attentive owner couple. Thanks to Ilham and Antoine The breakfast is prepared with love and is served individually for each guest. Therefore everything is fresh. The pool is very large, you get wine brought to the pool, the rooms are air-conditioned, cutely furnished and overall it gives you the feeling that you are visiting friends and are constantly being served For us there is no point of criticism. Absolutely stunning hotel with impeccable service… a truly hidden gem! We were excited to discover this incredible place and are enjoying every minute of our stay. The location is perfect away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet perfectly situated for exploring all the Riviera’s best places. The views are breathtaking but what is even more incredible are its owners, who go out of the way to make everything absolutely perfect. We had been in touch prior to our trip, with amazing communication about every little detail…. with the owners ensuring in advance the place would meet our expectations.
