"My meal at Le Bassia restaurant in Tarbes was a fairly average experience, marked by several negative points. First, the service left something to be desired. When I asked for specific cooking for my meat, I was refused. Finally, I received medium-rare meat that was, in reality, clearly rare. Also, I asked for a plain rice pudding but received a caramel rice pudding, which the waitress had to replace. Regarding the cuisine, it was simple and rustic, which in itself is not a problem. However, given these inconveniences, the quality-price ratio seems questionable to me. It's a shame, because these incidents tarnished my overall experience at this restaurant"
