Gustative orgasm Gourmet and greedy I am at once very difficult to eat in a restaurant. Well, I found a pearl today! The restaurant le Bassia, place du foirail in Tarbes. We have divinely eaten well. For me I opted for the bistro menu at 16€. The chef has hands in gold, everything was delicious and the salmon cooked as he should, melting and rosé. I had that noon a gustative orgasm that's telling you! And it's not exaggerated! Thanks to the leader and his team who are more adorable. I'll be back with great pleasure. I almost forgot, desserts are homemade and falling.

Now the irritants... The order took us 50 minutes... For a lunch restaurant it's way too much...
