Friday evening: spontaneous idea to go at la bruschetta a petty eating. hung. there was another free table. otherwise all the tables were occupied. because of this the waiting time was appropriate. There was fresh, warm bread.This time we decided to noodle, once with salmon and ruccola and once only with garlic. we were very satisfied with both of them. We have been here for many years and again and again.In the course of time we have visited many pizzerias - for us there is the best pizza here.

In Richtung eines Gewerbegebiets im Norden von Neuss lädt dieser Italiener in angenehmer Atmosphäre (inkl. kleinem Biergarten) zum Verweilen ein. Was sehr schade ist, dass die Qualität von Essen und Service tagesformabhängig ist. Wir haben gute, abe auch schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Was man dem Chef (macht den Service am Gast i.d.R. alleine) jedoch zugute halten muss, dass er nach sachlicher Kritik versemmelte Gerichte nicht berechnet. Gott sei Dank hat Bruschetta II sich entschlossen, die Speisen auch zu liefern. Das habe ich heute in Anspruch genommen und ich muss sagen: es war phantastisch. 1000 mal besser als die langweiligen Sachen von normalen Lieferdiensten!! Das Schnitzel Milanese war riesig, ganz zart und köstlich; das Vitello Tonnato wie gewohnt frisch und gut abgeschmeckt und von sehr guter Fleischqualität. Ich habe gleich für morgen mitbestellt (Spaghetti Carbonara) und freue mich schon drauf!! Ach ja, die Pizzabrötchen sind jetzt mit Sesam bestreut tolle Idee!! Ich werde dort auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen bis man wieder vor Ort essen kann!!

Wir besuchten das Restaurant zweimal im Januar 2020, einmal mittags, einmal an einem Samstagabend. Am Mittag waren wir fast allein im Lokal. Das Essen wurde relativ flott serviert. Der freundliche Chef bediente selbst und aufmerksam das sehr schmackhafte Essen. Besonders gefiel mir das frische knackige Weißbrot. Das nächste Mal am Samstag war das Restaurant ausgebucht. Die Bedienung erfolgte etwas schleppend. Auf das Essen mussten wir ziemlich lange warten. Die als medium bestellten Steaks erfüllten nicht die Erwartungen, weil sie noch ziemlich roh serviert wurden. An diesem Abend schien der Chef etwas überfordert gewesen zu sein. Aber, wir werden ihm noch einmal eine Change geben...
