Coming to Cauterets, having made a reservation for 4, unfortunately a last unforeseen minute (little granddaughter fever), we forced to cancel our reservation, despite the fact that the boss kindly offered us A folding solution, knowing, our take-away dishes, which met us beyond our expectations, the garbage fell. I recommend a ts. Maryline cassou, Bordeaux.

At every passage on Cauterets we do not miss going to this restaurant. The quality of food is excellent, it makes good to eat healthy! the owner is of a perfect kindness, she will not hesitate to offer you again of the Garbure and for free! Frankly, a great discovery! We were a little disappointed to find as few restaurants open at this time of year in Cauterets, namely 3. And it's a little by chance that we landed here. We were told they were full, and we could come back in 30 minutes. Then when we came back, we were able to settle. We advise you to book. Family kitchen, home, made with love. Camembert to fall down!!! Very good charcuterie just like fries! Good quantities! The chef and her cooking/server help were very nice both, explaining to open up the other, which allowed us to eat!
