A slightly particular environment, not advisable for claustrophobics, but characteristic of Matera. We had a pizza dinner which I found to be honestly good and light. We went on Sunday evening, excellent pizza, the owner who looked after us was polite and professional. Clean and well looked after place. Heated correctly despite being inside a cave that goes into several floors. Light pizza, cooked well and with excellent taste. Only flaw. Be careful not to make a mistake when entering... Thank you! In pratica stavamo mangiando e dato che eravamo molto assetati chiedevamo più e più volte acqua e dopo 4/5 richieste non avevamo nulla il cameriere si stava allontanando e il napoletano che è in me ha rilasciato un “aeeee” e dopo esser stati guardati male ci hanno messo sulla blacklist dell’acqua dicendo di non portarne più al nostro tavolo Service: Dine in

It was a fantastic experience. The food was superb, the staff even more so: during lunch there was a slight chill and the owner, kindly, took care to light a heater to keep us warm (without us asking anything). The food was a real delight for the palate, with dishes that enhance the flavors of the local culinary tradition. But what really made this experience special was the impeccable service and courteous attention of the owner, Mr. Giuseppe. An exquisite person, always attentive to the customer's needs, available and with a unique kindness.
