After some time, having chosen food and drinks, I went inside, as if reminding myself of my existence. I was ignored by both waiters, although both saw me. After 5 minutes, she tried again, the same thing. She came over to ask what the matter was. The waiter directed me to another waiter who also ignored me, then said he would be fine. After 20 minutes of waiting and trying to attract attention, I said I was leaving when the waiter finally reached me. In response, I heard I was busy, have a nice evening. No apologies. This is the ultimate disrespect. This is absolutely unacceptable. Now I am unlikely to know about the taste of the dishes in your restaurant. And I will not recommend it to my friends or to anyone at all. The way you are greeted and served speaks volumes. It was very eloquent. Now I will be busy for your restaurant. Good evening."

Nice french style atmosphere. The meat is simly amazing and price value (for Zurich) is great. Would definitely go there again and it's great to have dinner in a group there

Gemütliches französisches Restaurant mit einer traditionellen Menu Karte. Unbedingt das Charbonade (am besten à discretion) bestellen! Gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Langjähriges, freundliches Servierpersonal.

Once again the charbonnade has been really good. The meat is served until you can't anymore together with the house fries alumettes and the sauces. The meat quality is good until the end. Price is ok for Zurich, wine card is ok. The service is...very friendly as the whole atmosphere. I recommend the place for charbonnade. The only remark is the unavoidable smell that stays on the clothes.
