We are staying at the Albergo do Monastero in the same castle and went for dinner on our first night! The experience was excellent! The food, the service, their own wine label, and don't forget the view! Highly recommended for a special occasion!

Una scoperta meravigliosa. Prodotti locali (fino alle verdure coltivate in loco), ogni passo è un successo. Sulla base della nostra esperienza di altri ristoranti della Costiera Amalfitana, merita sicuramente la sua stella Michelin. Per non parlare della vista mozzafiato dell'isola di Ischia. Ben fatto!

Difficult. find flaws. Everything is up to the task. It deserves and justifies the price. Not suitable for families with children. Only 22 covers where you are treated like royalty. ....if the portions, or at least some, were slightly generous, certainly no one would mind. ....well done!!!!! Fantastic View (It's in the Castle) Fantastic Food (They grow their own vegetables) We had dinner, the night Boticelli was singing in Ischia and the music wafted up to us on our castle terrace. Very tantalizing appetizer from the Chef. Octopus salad was great and all vegetable selections were fresh and very tasty. I actually had the Rabbit and this was one of the better presentations of all the rabbit I had in Ischia. Pet-friendly

Here we have a terrace cafe which is one of two at Castello Aragonese. This one offers sea and mountain views looking directly at the island. There is plenty of outdoor seating available; otherwise under a canopy or umbrella. It's lovely! Their menu is short, but for the means of relaxing and enjoying the views, it suffices. They have their own gardens on site so their ingredients are fresh. How about rosemary out of the planter? Love the smell and flavor. I enjoyed a light lunch with Bruschetta Fagioli. My caffeine fix was later in the day, however well taken. Choose a regular table or a lounge setting. Pick from a shaded area or soak up some vitamin D in the sun. Anyway you want, relax and...

This is a 5 star experience. The views, the staff, the food, all meet that higher standard of quality which set it apart from the other standards on the island. Far from being stuffy or oppressive, the staff are attentive yet, they allow an intimate atmosphere and have a nice conversation. We were served by Marco and Michael, they are both great people who are most genuine and friendly. For food we had natural yeast 24 hour fermentation homemade bread that was outstanding. Also white wine made in the castle, which was really good. Then stuffed aubergine Parmesan, yummy. Crispy egg, traditional in Ischia. Then many other tasty dishes followed, culminating in a lovely trio of delicious dessert...

A very nice discovery! Visited at the beginning of June 2022 Tasted the two menus offered, the sea and the land. Already the welcome is a good point, very professional while being extremely friendly. A first drink on the wonderful terrace then in the dining room, an unforgettable experience! Special mention for the incredible octopus and citrus risotto!
