"This was undoubtedly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff was courteous, and the food was excellent. For the starter, I had a prawn dish that the chef adjusted to meet my dietary needs, followed by the sea bass recommended by the waiter – simply stunning! The portion sizes were generous, the price-performance ratio was amazing, and everything was beautifully presented. The only downside was that I didn’t have cash for a tip and didn’t get the chance to add one on my credit card when I paid. I must say, I’m definitely going back for more!"

what a great food! I enjoyed my lunch- 3 curs meal for a very reasonable price. eating was exquisite, will go back definitiw when I visit dumfries again.

Great sized portions with a varied choice. Even had the early supper menu on a Saturday. Staff really are super. Been here a couple of times now and genuinely love the atmosphere.

Food great, price reasonable, staff great. Only negative was the room on right as you go in has nice high ceilings but this made it very noisy, so if you are hard of hearing try get a seat outwith that room.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for a meal. First rate meal at La Dolce Vita! We took our son and his girlfriend, shared a focaccia which was freshly cooked in the huge wood fired pizza oven. Had a bottle of chilled Pino Grigio, service was excellent, food arrived quickly and was really tasty, from risotto to steak. Lovely warm surroundings, great ambience. Can't wait to go again!

The dining experience was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent as well, with a nice, relaxed, and cozy atmosphere that included many thoughtful touches that added something special. My coffee was served with some delicious Scottish tablet, and when I ordered steak and requested English mustard, I received a generous portion so I could use as much as I wanted. I can’t say enough about our evening; my friend and I were celebrating three years together, and La Dolce Vita was the perfect place to do so. She loved it too, and we both look forward to coming back!
