Very busy place with decent food. Not unexpectedly very crowded at noon. You have to wait some time before you can order, but once that's done, service is swift. The food is what you can expect: decent. The salads are more than OK.

We went for a trip up the Plose gondola to look at the Dolomites view. What a great view and a great place for a snack or a meal. I had the shredded pancake and an iced chocolate. It was really yummy but a bit expensive. However this to be expected at the top of a mountain. Visualizza piatti

The view is beautiful the food us very good but the price is a little bit high. The service is good and friendly. The location of the restaurant is perfect because when you finish your walk around the plose mountain and you are hungry before to go back you can eat and relax at the sun.

Avendo trascorso un pranzo memorabile di pasta fatta in casa a La Finestra nel 2018, non vediamo l'ora di una visita di ritorno quest'anno. Semmai, abbiamo goduto questo secondo pranzo più del primo, grazie al bel tempo sulla terrazza e lo speciale giornaliero di salmone. Il cibo qui è splendidamente presentato, e il servizio totalmente professionale in almeno tre lingue.

I love Plose. It's probably not the most glamorous destination of the Alps, but it has it all... and this ristorante deserves a visit. You can sit both inside or outside, but I strongly suggest outside. Fresh air, views and the food are well integrated. The personnel is normally very polite, professional and helpful. Unfortunately during peak hours the service is a bit slow, but you can pamper yourself with the view. It caters lots of fresh food for all the family. Visualizza piatti

Best thing about eating here? The panoramic view! On the menu, wider choice of drinks than food. I chose gnocchi with tomato sauce and a wienerschnitzel with roasted potatoes. I was disappointed to notice that the inside of the fried meat was not filled with ham and cheese, as it's traditional in Austria, and the potatoes were overcooked. They do have a good selection of cakes, but I wasn't able to try them because I was too full from what I already ate. I enjoyed the fact that their water comes directly from the Plöse spring.

Il cibo arriva circa 15 minuti dopo l'ordine e il cibo è buono. Ma quando ci vogliono 45 minuti per ordinare, 45 minuti per ordinare deserto e 45 minuti per pagare si ottiene un po 'alimentato. Hanno un sacco di camerieri che forniscono cibo, ma non prendono ordini, altri camerieri prendono ordini e non ci sono abbastanza di loro, non sono ben addestrati, si può vedere che sono stressati perché litigano tra loro. Non riesco a capire come la gestione non può vedere questo, se avevano più persone che prendono ordini sarebbe un buon posto per mangiare, altrimenti evitare in tempi impegnati.

We went to Plose Mountain Top with the Cable Car. Sunny and warm day. After an 1 hour hike we decided to have lunch at the only restaurant next to the cable car. Our expectation was standard french fries, sausage kind of food. The view was outstanding beautiful. Wrong We got it totally wrong Excellent menu fresh prepared food and lots of vegetarian options. Modern way of cooking with a clear local influence but mostly with a new twist. Drink of the day was blue berry joghurt drink... Yummy. Political correct with paper straw and no plastic... Excellent.
