We have been waiting for 5 years to be able to tantalize our taste buds again with the different flavor combinations of the dishes composed by the Chef! This afternoon our wait was rewarded by tasting the Discovery menu, so as not to immediately resume the Journey that we have saved for this evening! A marvel, everything was excellent and the dishes were just spiced up by the right spices… But what would the Chef be without the impeccable service of the Artist, his smile and his good humor! When Éloïse talks about dishes (or wines) our brain enjoys it in advance! In short, we loved the Artist and the Cook at Croix Rousse, we love the one at Cliousclat!
