"A disappointing experience marked by the rudeness of the boss Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was marred by the blatant rudeness of the landlady. Our family and I were excited to have an enjoyable evening, but were shocked at the lack of courtesy and respect we witnessed. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with obvious coldness. The boss barely spoke to us, clearly preferring to take care of other more affluent customers and ignore our presence. When we asked for some information on the menu, she responded abruptly and unfriendly, giving the impression that our questions bothered her. What shocked us the most was her treatment of waiters and kitchen staff. She scolded them openly, without any discretion, in front of customers, creating an extremely tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. This certainly affected their morale and therefore the quality of service we received. Also, when it came time to order, we were faced with yet another example of his rudeness. She displayed obvious impatience as we tried to make our choice, sighing and looking at her watch which made us feel unwanted and rushed. Despite the acceptable quality of the food, we cannot ignore the deplorable attitude of the owner. His disrespect to customers and staff ruined our experience at this restaurant. We are deeply disappointed and we certainly do not recommend this establishment to those looking for a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service.
