It shows the freshness and quality of the products served. The dishes; Duck magret and wolf net that were served to us, was sourly good and cooking requested for duck magret was perfect! The only defect we noticed during the meal was on the dish. There are very few choices of accompaniment (frites/riz), no vegetables. At our request, the waitress was able to use the salad with duck magret and wolf net. The dishes were of quality! Excellent value for money.
