Food not up to par, but we are in Switzerland... And at a fixed price. Justified? we were on the lakeside of Locarno...

Solid pizza and friendly service! The service was quite busy but always there when needed. I took the Tegola Pizza which can be recommended... Also the mixed salad was better than in many other places...

Gemischter Salat war in Ordnung, die frittierten Eglifilet mit Reis sowie die Pasta Bolognese sehr fade und lieblos angerichtet. Zudem hatte das Servicepersonal die aktuellen Vorschriften betreffend Maskenpflicht nicht korrekt umgesetzt. Die Masken wurden teils nur unten am Kinn getragen, was nutzlos ist und wir fühlten uns dadurch sehr unwohl. Das einzig Gute war wohl die super Lage!

The location is great, in contrast to the service and the food. Service cold and uninterested, the food really bottom drawer. I had Spaghetti Aglio Olio, which was completely overcooked so that it had no consistency at all, soaked in some kind of oil (not olive oil), no trace of garlic or pepperoncini. It was so inedible that I couldn't finish it despite being very hungry and trying several times.

Visited again after a while, and it lost its appeal. The pizza was average and the ossobuco was chewy, with a plain gravy. A pity we were disappointed with the taste as over the years we had grown fond of this restaurant in terms of food quality/taste, location and service. This time even the service was below average with the dishes being served at large time intervals. Will give them one more try when next in the region, hoping this was just one bad day.

Habe gem. Salat und Pizza gegessen. Salat war vieles aus der Büchse Bohnen, Mais, Sellerie, Kürbiskernen), Pizzateig war OK aber nicht knusprig. Pfui dass es so etwas noch gibt in diesem Tourismus Ort. Es kommt mir wie vor 40 Jahren vor, als man so etwas dem dummen Touristen auftischen konnte. Mir scheint viele hier im Tessin haben die Zeit verpasst für einen service orientierten Tourismus zBsp Südtirol liegt weit voraus) das schmerz mich als Schweizer sehr.
