"They have a great variety of dishes in the set menu. All the things I tried were delicious and the desserts were homemade, but the service was slow. It is the typical roadside restaurant; the tablecloth and serviettes were made of paper, however, the chairs were elegantly covered. There are lots of televisions so you could watch football but you couldn't hear it, fortunately. The price for the weekend menu was 15€. It is a good choice if you want to eat traditional Spanish food at a good price on your way to the Puente Viesgo Prehistoric Caves or to the Romanic Colegiata in Castañeda."

"a 10 rondas. fabulosa terraza con ambiente tranquilo, muy buena atención y los platos que degustar exquisito. tomate, volante, carril e increíble crambel. cocina con un toque diferente que lo hace especial todo muy rico. Ciertamente lo repetiremos. Gracias por su esfuerzo. y nunca hemos dudado. Teníamos platos para disfrutar. porque come y disfruta del ambiente, sabores, texturas, la atención de Christian y vanessa. Nos encanta. Esta vez probamos pastel de pollo, mantas y sobao torrija. todo delicioso y volveremos a probar más platos. y dijo, hecho. una nueva experiencia, probamos nuevos platos y es increíble. todo muy sabroso y rico. croquetas, guisantes con hongos y huevo. Un poema. saboreamos arroz con leche que personalmente no me emociona mucho, pero servida en un panfleto y con la corteza de caramelo en los cambios superiores completamente. y tenemos que volver. Hay platos que probar. gracias a todo el personal para el esfuerzo y la creatividad"

"Un lugar bastante concurrido, ambiente rústico y comida casera, Antonio en todo momento educado y empático con los clientes, logro hacernos un hueco porque fuimos sin reserva. Su comida tradicional con porciones generosas nos dejó muy satisfechos . Volveremos"

"Tiene las 3 B: Bueno, bonito y barato. Menú del día por 9€ Con 3 platos a escoger (primeros y segundos). Comida casera de calidad. Atención perfecta. El local es sencillo y poco llamativo, típico bar de toda la vida. Ambiente familiar. Frente al Mac Donals.. un contraste absoluto.. . Si quieres comida “normal” y casera de calidad, este es tu lugar."

"I would like to say what the food and drink was like at this restaurant, but since they didn 't bring any, I can 't. My wife and I booked; at the door a youngish waiter in a smart uniform stood chatting to his mates. He ignored us. We went in and stood waiting. A man went past who looked to be the boss. My wife spoke to him in her schoolgirl Spanish. We were shown to a table. And then ignored. For fifteen minutes. Other diners came in. The boss greeted them like old friends. Orders were taken. Our attempts to catch his eye failed. Of the youngish waiter there was no sign. My wife and I noticed that the background music was a Spanish version of Dire Straits ' Brothers in Arms. Several tracks played. Losing patience, I got up. The youngish waiter was loitering in a different room. I gesticulated. He came to our table. Could we start with a jug of water, and then maybe get some drinks? Then could we order? Agua , he muttered, and turned away, indifferent to the notion that, this being a restaurant, we might like to, you know, eat something? That was enough. We upped and left. In the street I found myself clutching the expensively laundered napkin. I thrust it into a bush, where it remained when we passed by some days later. Other speak well of this restaurant. I 'm glad they had a better experience than we did. However at the end of the same street, just across the road, is a vastly cheaper, much friendlier Spanish bar called El Union, where the waiter, after much head-scratching, procured a table for us and served a characteristic local dinner for about £35. Recommended."
