"We took the menu at 19,90 euros with the choice in the complete menu at 33 euros (entrance, dish and dessert), flat or dessert dish. nothing surprising in the dishes. On the other hand, the quality of the beef was poor, hard and very nervous. I made a note to the chief who told me that having taken the menu at 19,90 euros, it was not a net but just a beef pavement. And it was normal. a real feeling of dupery. the decorum of a starry but disappointing"

"Tout d'abord, le service est très long. La salle était aux 3/4 vide, je n'ose imaginer le temps d'attente avec une affluence plus importante. On attends donc dans une ambiance froide à la déco pseudo moderne impersonnelle. Côté nourriture, la pizza m'a beaucoup déçu. La pâte est tout sauf de la bonne pâte à pizza à l'italienne. C'est une espèce de biscuit dur et cassant sans aucun goût. Par pitié, envoyez votre "pizzaiolo" en stage en Italie ! Les autres plats sont souvent hyper gras mais corrects. Les desserts sont en revanche très bons et sont "fait maison" sans aucun doute (attention aux morceaux de blanc d'oeufs battus non mélangés dans la mousse au chocolat par exemple). L'addition est très salée et pas du tout en rapport avec les prestations de ce restaurant. Le rapport qualité prix est pour moi très mauvais."

"We very much enjoyed our visit (13 Feb, 2020) to Endless Burger, a new eatery in Châteaubriant. The custom burgers and casual atmosphere, along with with the personal attention from owners Sylvain Severine, combine to create an ideal dining experience to both appreciate the exceptional burgers and facilitate conversation among friends. Although, the chef bases his fare on American-style burgers, do not assume this is just another burger place. Sylvain’s French sensibilities elevate his burgers to a much higher level. The menu has traditional burger offerings, as well as numerous unique burgers which rotate to make room for other custom burger offerings. The three burgers we tried were exceptional! We ordered “Le Double Cheeseburger”, “Le Sunset”, and “Le Mont Blanc Burger”. Each came with fresh homemade fries. We each agreed that the flavors on our respective burgers blended in a way that perfectly complimented the burger. The servings are large enough to be filling without being wastefully extravagant. With that said, only one person in our group of three was able to finish our burger. The fries are not the only homemade part of the menu. The owners also have homemade ketchup and mayo, in addition, they have a number of house-made other condiments. One that I had the opportunity to try was “Compotèe d’oignons rouges”, or red onion compote. This was amazing! A perfect topping for burger or hotdog (which is also a menu choice). They have a selection of red and white wines. The Sauvignon IGP was a nice paring. Not too dry or sweet and easy drinking. They also have most standard soft drinks and a dessert menu. I often stop over in Châteaubriant, to see friends, on my way back to the States after extended travel in India. Being American, I miss beef in India, especially a really good burger. "We loved this restaurant. Beautiful, modern spotlessly clean, sparkling cutlery glassware. Plenty of choice on the menu and not overly expensive. We ordered a quality and it was delicious bottle of rose wine. Which was drinkable ahead of our food arriving. For mains we ordered Cod Chips, and a Chicken Kebab with linguine in tomato sauce. Just lovely freshly prepared produce. Dessert was a plate of local cheeses which were really tasty. We would absolutely recommend. The outside space is really lovely to."

"Arrivé à 5 personnes on a l'impression de les déranger, il est 20 heure de mardi 16 août En salle uniquement l'apprentie !!!!Personne pour la guidée, elle fait se qu'elle peut.Commande passée, je demande une viande bleu, voir cru !!! Elle arrive pratiquement à point !!! Je la fais repartir et demande une salade de chèvre chaud ( pas terrible aussi)Le patron revient me voir et me dit que la viande est bien à la cuisson demander !!! Il doit avoir des problèmes avec les cuissons.Enfin très déçu, les autres invités aussi.Et je ne vous parle même pas du thé qui vient de chez Carrefour !!!!Fin de mon séjour à châteaubriant, sur 4 Resto, 2 très bien et 2 à éviter...."
