Harald Rüssel today showed us less from his regional side, a modern and internationally oriented kitchen with cleverly thoughtful compositions and sometimes surprising elements. It was handmade and expensive anyway, so I don't know what to say here.

Anlässlich eines Familienfestes das erste mal hier. Zimmer kann ich nicht beurteilen, will ich aber nachholen. Vom Gebäude her ein Kleinod, idyllisch gelegen mitten der Natur. Little attended..... although a beautiful country house... Experienced kitchen a bit irritating.... see below.... Food drinks: Although different dishes were served (leg of lamb... very tender and veal... small but delicious), the side dishes (pasta with mushrooms) were identical and somewhat carelessly served on the unfortunately cold plates. I was at a “summer festival” there and things started sorting in the parking lot. The more expensive cars were allowed to park in front of the house, the other inferior ones were allowed to park opposite on the lawn. G Class in front of us in front of the house, we in the Fiesta on the meadow and the S Class behind us of course also in front of the house. This is exactly how it runs through the entire establishment. Criticism cannot be dealt with either, as you can see here with all the other negative comments. All in all it seems more than it is... We recently stayed for one night and dined at the Michelin-starred Gourmet Restaurant. While we appreciated the well-furnished room, its size, cleanliness, and the quality of breakfast, our experience at the restaurant left us a bit underwhelmed.
