The main courses were a white fish (forgot to ask which fish it was) in osso-buco sauce and the confit de porc. The chef and his wife work hard to serve everything to perfection. Young restaurateurs that we will hear a lot more from."

The Aspérule remains one of the three best auroises addresses, remotely controlled by a starred chef. the cuisine is exceptional, the well-proven wine map and the very correct service. the Value-Price report has few competitors...

We tested for the first time this restaurant in the city centre of Auxerre and enjoyed the tasting menu at 38€ in good value for money. The service is kind and professional. a note a beautiful map of the wines from the area priced at prices that seemed very reasonable to me.

Magnificent taste journey in a sublime and very subtle alliance of French haute cuisine with very refined Japanese notes. The town of Auxerre is very pretty and full of discoveries but this restaurant is definitely worth the trip in itself. A special mention for the impeccable service and at the same time very warm and human. BRAVO
