J'ai apprécié également les conseils avisés du jeune sommelier, qui connaît ses produits sur le bout des doigts. Nous nous sommes régalés. Nous avons été servis rapidement. "The best ice cream I've had this year! Taste and not an overdose of sugar And the best long black I've drunk in a long time, a Honduras from a 100% female agroforestry cooperative. We appreciated the approach, the products and the staff. And the added bonus for those who favor decaf, this one is water process decaffeinated! Exit chlorine!"

"A pleasant moment of gustative pleasure. A treat for taste buds, delicious dishes and special mention for Hida beef which is exceptional tenderness and cuts like butter. Everything is as magical, the stage of the dishes is at the height of the delicious tasting. The staff is on top and cherry on the cake they have Chateldon. From the beginning to the end everything is perfect. As we always go down to the hotel attached to the restaurant, we will not fail to redo this restaurant. A real treat. Bravo to all these little hands."

"We visited Bistrot Gourmand in mid-April. We had a Kir royal and a Pinot Blanc to start with and we opted for the Tartine pizz and a Quiche. Both dishes were wonderful and very tasteful. We also had a tiramisu at the end with was good, but not exceptional. The Bistrot Gourmand is a really interesting bistro just a couple of minutes outside the center of Colmar. The staff was very entertaining and the atmosphere was familial. We really enjoyed our lunch and I totally recommend it to everyone."

"Having visited Alsace several times, we've developed a list of restaurants that we want to return to. But we also want to experience new ones. Aux Trois Poissons was a new one but also was so amazing that we now have to find time to return next time we visit Alsace! We were attracted to this restaurant because of its The MICHELIN Plate: Good cooking status (we have found these restaurants to be in the sweet spot of amazing food for a good price). The ambience is fairly simple but that was the only thing that was simple. The service was excellent (our server spoke very good English) and she made some amazing wine recommendations to match our array of food flavors. My perch on a bed of chocroute was swimming in a sea of beurre Blanc sauce with bacon that I swear had a pound of butter in it. The menu wasn't huge but everything was amazing based on our experience as well as the reactions of this around us!"
