"A beautiful new and modern establishment with an original setting located in the middle of the Champ Park of March, but difficult to find when you are not from Colmar, because it is “hidden” by the Hotel L’Esquisse and there is no indication of its location! Tasting menu 10 very good and correct dishes, but for having already made other stars, this time we were not really surprised and impressed!
