"We expect more from a star. We had lunch yesterday at Carmin following a “4-course formula, drinks included” gift. The PLUS: the wines were magnificent, we were able to choose them (3 different wines) according to our tastes and by following the advice of the sommelier passionate about his profession, thank you to him, a superb taste experience within Burgundy wines. CONS: the dishes were good but without any real originality, the rice served with the fish was too dry, the cheeses lacked flavor. The presentation of the dishes was very succinct, and non-existent for dessert (Paris Brest placed on the table as in any restaurant). And finally: 2 tables were occupied, 1 table for 8 people. and 1 table of 2 (ours), at the end of the meal the chef came to greet and exchange with the 8 people right next to us then left without speaking to us a single word: this is possible at the station brasserie, but unthinkable in a starred restaurant."

Une très bonne expérience ce samedi midi. Nous avons pris la formule déjeuner qui est très abordable. Tout était succulent. La carte des vins est assez impressionnante.

Acceptation de réservation lente. Service d'un bon niveau. Personnel sympathique. Tables trop rapprochées. Dîner :noix de St Jacques isolée ! Assiette de fromage sans rareté. Dessert original et savoureux.

Tout simplement divin. Le service était impeccable. La nourriture était fabuleuse et copieuse nous étions tellement rassasiés après notre repas ! La carte des vins est vaste avec une grande variété de prix.

Une très belle adresse dans un cadre feutrée De très belles assiettes. Nous y avons déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité prix déjeuner à 50 euros (entrée, plat, dessert) avec des classiques parfaitement maitrisés et divins. À faire et à refaire
