there is only one word to describe everything in the restaurant cigallon from the cordial greeting of the chef m. J-M bessire, his wife and other crew members, the ambiente, the aperitif, the surprise dinner, dessert and the cheese plates and glasses that came with them. they are all excellent en majuscule .

I had gone for the first time, my hospitable, who lives in front of places, had often been. we had an excellent dinner, a quiet table with very good service, quite inconspicuous. the owner and the chef came by to be sure we were happy. the dishes were...unusual and delicious. parking space in front of what was very comfortable. will be back.

Excellent ! If you are looking for an excellent restaurant (especially for fish) don't hesitate! We were seated at the table in the kitchen, what an experience! This restaurant is situated less than 20 meters from the border. But the important part of it is not this peculiarity but the food delicious seafood and fish. The oysters are top, fish with the taste of sea. Maybe they need to be more...attentive when they have a lot of guests, they are lost and you can wait for mineral water for 10 15 minutes. Sunday and Monday closed.

Le Cigalon is a long lasting Geneva reference for products from the sea expertly prepared by the Chef. Its good, tasty, nice plates, innovative savors. From the salmon from les Grissons, sea ursin, tuna, langoustine to a deep sea cabillaud all is good cooked or...raw. The olive oil from Croatia a nice discovery. The Chef is charming. His wife perfect at the helm of restaurant. We will go back, Bravo Chef

got a contract from friends there. what a wonderful culinary experience. it is specialized in fish dishes. ingredients were fresh. the restaurant was stylish. the staff was very friendly and attentive. every cure was served beautifully presented with a mixture of aromas that satisfy all taste...Buds I liked especially the filled zucchini flower. it is tender. the silky fish stuff was delicious. memorable. a restaurant that is worth trying and we will definitely go back.

To all who know about my frustration finding good restaurants in geneva, i must admit that Le Cigalon ranks highly on my score card. First time for us, the food was very good, fresh and homemade. We followed coco’s recommendation and opted the menu surprise;...we were delighted, the portions sufficient. A bit pricey but justifiable; that is the price for quality of food and service. A bit of work on the desserts and i am sure the one star Michelin isn’t far, hence my score of good instead of excellent. Will be back soon!
