"First time in Nîmes. A little corner of tranquility and good products a stone's throw from the Nîmes arena. Compared to the other establishments on the square (crowded that day and very noisy), beyond the old side of the place, this café was perfect on all points. By comparison, the dishes seemed to us to be of better quality and indeed, it was very good. The toilets were very clean. Special mention for the very kind, polite and attentive waitresses and waiter! They know the coffee menu (it’s rare). We had a very pleasant time near the fountain. The desserts are better than expected and the ice creams excellent. The TEA ice with fresh raspberries was very desirable, you don't find that everywhere. Recommended for children and adults alike."

We were well received. Decent and quality dishes. A lot of flow but we were given time. Nice for lunch! Visualizza piatti

€17 for an industrialized lasagna and a poorly made salad. Poorly presented dish, looks like it was prepared lazily. The atmosphere is nice and pleasant but I wouldn't go back, the restaurants next door are better

I've been going there once a week for a month now and I'm not disappointed. I was hesitant to come given some of the reviews but I wanted to judge for myself. The service is very good, the waiters and waitresses very welcoming and smiling, the full brunch options, the prices may be high but it doesn't bother me given the quality of the place and the service.

Ugh.... Came before a show at the arenas without knowing the establishment. Pleasant, lively terrace. Honest burger, Nimoise salad with good local products but which would have deserved more green salad and raw vegetables. Really lean Caesar salad: 2 breaded chicken breasts and half a hard-boiled egg.... A bit tight for 17.50 euros. Efficient but unsmiling waiters. On the other hand, I don't understand why we have to order inside given the number of servers....

"Enoteca has only been going 6 months or so which may explain the lack of reviews on TripAdvisor but don't let that put you off dining here. We'd been staying close by for the week and hadn't realised at first that this restaurant is also linked to a great little deli about 10 doors down on the same rue. So you have two great places to discover! We stopped in there for a glass of wine first in the last of the days sun before heading to the restaurant for dinner. The owner is a lovely, attentive guy who is clearly very passionate about his Italian produce; food and wine! Over dinner we were well looked after and shared delicious burrata as starter, followed by two authentic Italian pasta dishes for main course. The beef in mine was rich and tender, obviously having been cooked for hours. Dessert were small coffees with a delicious citrus mouse on the side and plenty of biscotti biscuits to dip. Drinks wise we'd enjoyed a glass of white at the deli but moved onto passionfruit spritz for aperitifs followed by a delicious Nero d'Avola to match our mains. This red was fantastically smooth and fruity, with no hint of tannins in the after taste. I was surprised that the place wasn't packed out on a Friday night but there is a festival in town for a couple of days so that could be keeping people busy, but this place will surely gain in popularity and in the rankings in Nimes very soon. Recommend this Italian restaurant which suits this French city drenched in Roman history!"
