"Twenty years have passed without my feet back here. A forgetful, probably. and yet from this evening of the past to the dome, the impressions of a superb place and great kitchen did not all fade away. what was going to become of this lunch today? the decor always makes sensation in its historical singularity and its small details. the service is attentive, well on high outfit without excluding mastered relaxation tips. seafood restaurant certainly, but so much more. it would be a pity to pass by to make short of these emincés: mushroom ormeaux, or tandoori cream. bistronomy has its finest and highest level. all until dessert was succulent. breaks between the dishes, but when it's worth... pretty wine map. half a bottle was missing at the call, but it happens. For my next and third coming, I won't have to let it go so long!"
